For the products you purchase from Mowsil, we offer an impressive warranty on all. Our main category products, such as HDMI cables, DP cables, VGA cables, Printer cables, USB converter & hubs, USB cables, Ethernet cables, HDMI splitters, and HDMI switches, cover an exceptional warranty of two years. Should you find any fault with your product during the warranty period, please get in touch with us straight away, and we will do our best to help you at the earliest. Our warranty guarantees not even a single loss of your investment.
The following information is obligatory to process the warranty:
- The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as:-
- Order number from online purchases made through Mowsil's authorized resellers.
- Sales invoice.
- Dated sales receipt from an authorized Mowsil reseller.
Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address where the item was originally shipped to).-
It might be a requirement to send the purchased item back for quality inspection.
We may ask for additional documents or supporting information if necessary.
Shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility in the case of:
- Returning products for reasons other than proven defects.
- Returning items claimed to have defects but were found it working by Mowsil's certified technicians.
- Claiming warranty on items purchased outside the country of sale.
- Returning defective products through international shipping.
The cases not covered under warranty
- Free products
- Lost/stolen products
- Products with the expired warranty period
- For non-quality-related issues
- Purchased products repaired by third parties
- Damage caused by any of the outside sources, misuse, or abuse
- Products purchased from an unauthorized reseller in the name of Mowsil
