Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label.

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
